NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne (Borough Council, held on the 18th Slay of June, 1907, a Resolution was (passed as under: I “In pursuance and exerciso of the (powers and provisions contained in '‘The Municipal Corporations Act, i 1900,’ and ‘The Noxious Woeds Act, '1900,’ the Council of the Borough of Gisborne hereby resolvo as follows: “That Fennel, Gorso, and African Box Thorn shall, for the purposes of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act 190u,’ bo declared Noxious Woeds within tho Borough of Gisborne.” And Notice is also hereby given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Mooting of the said Council, to be held at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, the 16tli day of July, 1907, at the Council chambers, Lowestreet, Gisborne, for confirmation as a Special Order.
