CIVIL SERVANTS.
Press Association. INVERCARGILL, last, night. At a well-attended meeting of civil servants to-night it was decided to form a Southland branch of the New Zealand Civil Service Association. A delegate was appointed to attend the mooting of the Council in' Wellington.
