DUNEDIN, last night. The New Zealand Bowling Association this evening passed a resolution by a two-thirds majority rescinding the previous resolutions amending the constitution of tho Association bv abolishing the executive as at present elected, and providing for the for iiiation of. centres for the government or local matters, such centres to nommate representatives in the Associatioii who shall conduct the business of the Association, in lieu of the present representation nominated bv clubs- also that a sub-committee be set up to draft a new ; constitution SSSUSSTitisC'.
