ADMIRAL FISHER ATTACKED

It declares that the Channel fleet, which Lord Tweedmouth declared to be instantly ready is weaker than Germany s m-. stantly-ready fleet,, the excuse being that support is availabl2 from the Home Fleet, which only is practically 1 C The Speaker attacks Admiral Fisher, declaring that the predominant influence of absolute power has made him reckless. It states that Admiral Lord Charles Beresford was alarmed since he was conscious tha* he was unable to do wliat he would be called upon to do in the event of a sudden attack. It is reported that the Admiralty summoned Lord Beresford to consult to-day.
