United Press Association —Copyright Received July 4, 7.49 a.m. BERLIN, July 3. The socialist newspaper Muencbeiier Post was fined £25 with heavy costs for libelling Doctor Karl Peters. The paper revived stories of atrocities attributed to Peters in German East Africa, in 1891. calling him a cowardly murderer.
