COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that this Council intends to Construct a Public Work vis!., a New Road at the Karaka Cliff, and to take for that purpose the lands described in the schedule hereto. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 18th day of June, 1907, a Resolution was passed as under : “In pursuance and exercise, of the powers and provisions contained in ‘The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,’ and ‘Tne Noxious Weeds Act, 1900,’ the Council of the Borough of Gisborne hereby resolve as follows: “That Fennel, Gorse, and African Box Thorn snail, for the purposes of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 190u,’ be declared Noxious Weeds within the Borough of Gisborne.” And Notice is also hereby given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council,! to be held at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, the 16th day of July, 1907, at the Council chambers, Lowestreet, Gisborne, for confirmation as a Special Order.
