AUCKLAND STABBING CASE.
Press Association. WHANGAREI, yesterday. Bisset, the victim of the stabbing ease, is still alive, but his state is very precarious. There is some faint hope of recovery if there is- no change for the worse in the next two or three days. A tradesman who travelled to Auckland by the same boat as conveyed Bradshaw, charged with ' attempted murder, has wired that Bradshaw jumped overboard at Point Rodney. Nothing further is to hand. AUCKLAND, yesterday. Bradshaw., charged with attempted murder of hi's uncle, at Opuawhanga, - was missed from the steamer Aupouri while being brought to Auckland by a constable, and was presumably drowned. Bradshaw was under the charge of Constable Wade. Tho s.s. Aupouri had a rough trip from Whangaroi. About 6 o’clock this morning Bradshaw said lie wanted to go on deck for a certain purpose, and the com stable accompanied him. Bradshaw suddenly bolted behind the deckhouse, and was not seen afterwards.
