Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, yesterday. In tne Supreme Court the jury again failed to agree in the case of Fontanelia, charged with theft of £4O from the Coronation hotel, Eltliam. Accused was liberated on his own recognition of £2OO to appear on trial when called upon.
