GOOD PRICES IN SYDNEY.

United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, July 2. In sympathy with the London and American markets, wheat has advanced. Holders are asking 4s. Sales are reported at 3s lOd to 3s lid. Flour is at £9. Similar advances have occurred in the Melbourne and Adelaide markets.

QUEENSLAND YIELD. BRISBANE, July 3. The wheat yield last year was 1, 109,000 bushels from 114,575 acres. PRICES IN THE SOUTH . Press Association. TIMARU, Yesterday. The wheat market has apparently eased back here to-day by 2d a bushel. Wheat has been sold here during the past few days at 4s 6d ex store/ but this morning a line offered at 4s 3)d was refused. The position, however, is very uncertain, the prices paid, seeming to depend upon the circumstances in which the different buyers are placed.
