United Press Association—Copyright Received July 2, 1.10 a..m. MELBOURNE, July 1. A representative of the mail syndicate has been instructed from London to make the further deposit of £25,000 demanded by the Federal Government unconditioanlly. Cabinet subsequently considered the situation and cabled to London to get a direct expression of the syndicate’s intentions. Nothing has been definitely decided pending the syndicate’s reply by cable.
