•nonmooßsy ssarj INVERCARGILL, last night. Tho hearing of charges against Edward Mo mill of keeping and exposing liquor for sale within a no-license area was proceeded with on Saturday. Mr. McCarthy, S.M., dismissed the information, but in doing so said that, defendant had come perilously ..near the line, and that if ho came before tho Court again would not be treated as a first offender. , ;
