No. 61 • —Every person, when op any wharf, whether-employed on such wharf or not, shall bo under tiio control and shall obey the orders of tho Harbor Master, Wharfinger, or anv constable, and shall immediately leave such wharf if ordered to do so by any of thorn. No. 55. —No person shall obstruct or interfere with the loading of any passengers or goods on any wharf, and any person so obstructing or interfering as aforesaid who refuses to obey tho ordors of the Wharfinger, Harbor Master, or any constable shall bo doomed to have committed a broach of this Bv-law. No. 152. —No driver or other person in chargo of any vehicle shall take up any passengers or other persons on any part of any wharf within a. distance of 30 feet from the water edge of such wharf, and no driver 'of anv vehicle or other person shall solicit fares or solicit for the carriago of any luggage, goods, w’ares, or merchandise on any part of any wharf within a distance :of 30 feet from the w*ater edge of such wharf.
