ALLEGED ILLEGAL OPERATION.
COMPLAINANT INDISPOSED
Press Association. Auckland; yosterduv. Dr. Janies Dalziell was charged at tho Police Court with having unlawfully used an instrument on a young woman at Auckland on June 11. It was stated tho woman concerned was in hospituLand unable. to appear at present. Defendant was remanded, for eight days on his own bond ot v £2oo and two sureties of £100 : each.
