When ho appeared m the street the Premier and his guards were stoned heavily. A barricade was then erected and a fusdado kept up for some time between the troops and the rioters. Many wore wounded on botn sides. A hundred and twenty arrests wore made. , , Riots against Sen. Franco also occurred in Lisbon, during which two were killed.
