Mr. Paul having ' inquired whether sweated goods produced under revolting conditions, and at starvation wage, arc being sold in competition with the product of reputable firms, the Minister of Labor replies that tho statement made in the catalogue of the Sweated Industries Exhibit is absolutely con-oct, as Mr. Tregcar says he is assured on .the authority of importers that articles of similar character tv those in the exhibit- have, and are, being imported into this colony.
