Renewals were granted in tlie ease of all the applications adjourned from last week, the Committee deciding not to father the objections of the Health Department, though suggesting that certain suggestions of si nitarv improvements be carried out. Counsel protested strongly - against the action of the Department as damaging to hotels of high standing.
