Ho returns on 18tli Soptombor, in timo for tho next sittings of tho Supreme Court. Mr. Chisholm porforms Mr. Johnstone’s duties ns Clork of tho Court,/and Mr. J. Dawson relieves Mr. Chisholm. Tho Hon. Jas. Carroll and Mr. A. T. Ngata, M.H.R., yesterday personally convoyed thoir condolences to Mrs. J. A. Harding on hor sad beroavemont.
