POLITICAL REFORM LEAGUE.
At Patutahi last night a meeting was hold under the auspices of Unpolitical Reform League. On the motion of Air. Finlay Ferguson, Air. Edgar Ivniglit was voted to the chair, and Air. Knight, introduced Air. R. R. Alartin, organising secretary for the colony, to the audience. At the conclusion of Air. Alartin’s address a number of questions were asked and answered. Messrs. Owen Gallagher, and Bayliss being , the chief questioners. On the motion of Air. J. C. AVoodward, seconded by Air. Owen Gallagher, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Air. Alartin for his address. The meeting then resolved itself into a committee meeting, and on the motion of Air. Ferguson, seconded by Air. Lyons, it was decided to form a branch of the League at Patutahi. A vote of thanks to the chairman terminated the jn'oceedings.
