WELLINGTON, yesterday
Sinco the beginning of tlio year 199,773 ounces of goljl, valued at ]£800,489, have been exported from New Zealand, or 16,711 ounces valued 'at £74,389 less than for the first five months of last year. The export of gold last month was 65,685 ounces, valued at £224,463, as compared with' 42,203 ounces of the value of £171,065 in tlio corresponding month of last year. The quantity of silver exported last month was 265,450 ounces, valued at £27,002.
