Reuter’s St. Raphael correspondent states that Mr. Chamberlain has started on his return journey to London.

LONDON, June 2. Mr. Chamberlain has returned to London in a sadly weakened condition. He walked slowly with the assistance of a stick and friond. Ho was unable to acknowledge the cheers of the crowd gathered at flic station to welcome him. His family state ho is nono the worse for the journey. Received Juno 3, 10.20 p.m. LONDON, Juno 3. Mi. Austen Chamberlain states that his father’s progress is slow, but is normal. Received June 3, 11.44 p.m. LONDON, Juno 3. The family announce that Mr. Chamberlain is much improved in 1 health.
