TIMARU, last night.
The Harbor Board to-day struck a rate over the fating district of 3-16ths of a penny—a reduction of i-Gth on last year. The Chairman .. sked the Board to consider at the next meeting the raising of - the height of the outer mole as the re•ent heavy sea overran it and caused a range in the harbor.
