PERSONAL.
Mr. Bell, whoso wife was killed and himself injured in the Brooklyn (Wellington) tram accident, had sufficiently recovered to leave for Nelson yesterday. Mr. M. Marcks arrived in Gisborne yesterday to make arrangements for the appearance here of the Kelly Gang picture show. Mr. W. .1. Hunter, solicitor, -formerly of this town, has resigned his position as manager of Mr. E. J. Prendergast’s practice at Levin to join the well-known legal firm of Messrs, lvippenberger and Franks, of Christchurch.
