APOLOGY. “Tlie Directors,-of. The Gisborne Times Newspaper desire to freely and openly withdraw all such statements as have at any time appeared! in- the above newspaper in any way disparaging to Dr. Morrison or his nianagemut of the Gisborne Hospital. They entirely witlidrawthe leading article which appeared in the Gisborne Times of April 23rd concerning a patient named IY>stor,and they apologise for its insertion. They are convinced after enquiry that the remarks there made were unjustifiable and had no foundation in .'fact, and they make this open avowal Imping that they may remojvo any imputation that has been made on Dr. Morrison or his treatment of patients in the Hospital. They sincerely hope that by so doing any harm done to Dr. Morrison may be speedily rectified.
