TEHERAN, May 27, The Persian Parliament, suspecting that the Government instigated the recent disorders at llabriz, where tho irregular soldiers •killed 250 villagers, sent a deputation to complain to the Shall, who promised to hold an enquiry into the matter. Parliament is still dissatisfied. Jt is believed that tho Shall is sheltering j the offenders. Much seditious talk and noisy demonstrations were indulged in against the Shah.
