Mr. AY. 51. Hughes, addressing an enthusiastic Independent Labor meeting nt Sheffield, declared that the elections in Queensland only proved that tho Labor party had indulged in the luxury of fighting /amongst themselves. It would bo all tho stronger next election. Tho Labor party in Australia never allowed fiscalism to divide it, and never would. The party made politics a people’s question, and the peoplo were supporting them in larger numbers oacli year. '
