Tho Blenheim Rifles and Footballers systematically searched the mudflats and lagoons for trace of the missing man AA’m. Preston yesterday. They found a hat, since identified as Preston’s, on a spot in tho upper lagoon. This is taken as conclusive evidence that Preston mot liis death by drowning. The police are now dragging for the body, ;-
