DUNEDIN, last night

An inquiry into the fire on the Mokoia was held to-day when a verdict was returned that there was not sufficient evidence to show the immediate cause of the fire, but in the opinion of the jury it was due to spontaneous combustion arising from some causo. of which the jury was not cognisant.
