Otago oats are quoted to-day at 2s 9d, while Melbourne feed oats, ex s.i». Kaipara, are now on a basis of 2s lid, including duty.

WELLINGTON, last night. The Directors of Reuter’s Telegram Co., Ltd., declared the usual dividend at the rate of five per cent, per annum for the half-year ending 31st December last. • The balance-sheet just issued shows a total credit on the various reserve funds at the lend of the year of £/9,611. Casji in hand and at bankers, bills recoverable and investments on account rebuilding amount to £92,611,. The valuo of freehold in London and at flic branches was £40,599.
