A CHARGE OF MURDER, Press Association.
WELLINGTON, yesterday. The trial of Claude Pagot on a charge of having murdered Eleanor Axup is being continued to-day. Sydney Tisdal gave evidence concerning the bullet found in the wood of the room where the. tragedy took place. He was of opinion that at least one of the bullets came from one of the empty cartridges found in the revolver concerned in the case. The iionmonger who sold the revolver and several medical witnesses' wore also examined.
