Press Association. DUNEDIN, last night. When a school hoy puts on his cadet uniform is he under the control of the Education or of the Defence Department? That is a question members of tlie Otago Education Board seem to wish to have more light thrown on. To-day, they considered a communication from tlie Secretary of the Education Department, asking them if they had done anything in the matter of the audit of cadet corps’ . capitation accounts.
