No reason was assigned for tlm deed, the young fellow being apparently in good health and spirits. > DUNEDIN, yesterday. - The boiiy cf a mail found in the Molyiietix river near Beaumont is believed to he that of Scott, drowned, •at Cromwell six weeks ago. NAPIER, last, niglit. An inquest was held at the hospital to-day on the body of a man named Chas. Henry Jones, who died, there suddenly yesterday, having been driven in from the country, where he had been working. . Hie post mortem revealed symptoms of arsenical poisoning, and the inquest was adjourned to July 10th, to enable the contents of the .stomach to be analysed, and to make inquiries as to the purchase by the deceased of some rough-on-rats, a box containing a few grains of this having been found in his whang Dei\.|ased was a young man, about 19 or 2U years, of age.
