TURANGANUI CLUB.
A large number of games wore played at t)je gJiQVe club’s green during, the past week, the rinks being in good order. The results iii the Cup and President’s matches were as follows : PRESIDENT’S FOOTS.
Barry, ,H Martin, Hepburn, Nasmith, sen. (skipper) 25 v. Skillicorn, Morse, Batcliffe, Skeot (skipper) 15. —This conchided the first round in the competition for the medals presented by the President. Earle played substitute for Barry. Sheet’s team obtained the lead, but were unable to hold it, Nasmith’s team being 22 to 15 on the last head. Sheet's team ■conceding their opponents 8 points handicap, the game resulted as above.
CHAMPION CUP, Seventh round: Bennett defeated Nasmith, seiir. Eighth round: Colley defeated Bennett. Ninth round : ■ -Hepburn defeated Colley. Tenth round: Martin defeated McConnell. Twelfth round: Martin defeated Bennett. Thirteenth round: Hallam defeated Morrison, Bennett defeated Maekrell.
