There were two summonses, one to remove a caveat, and the other to extend that caveat. The caveat was lodged by Mr W. G. . :Foster, who was the trustee of certain lands, part of the Wi Pero estate in Gisborne district, to prevent registration of an Ordcr-jn-Couucil
