Mr. Justice Cooper lieard argument m the Supreme Court in the case of j P- Priestly, hotelkeeper, against tiio decision of Mr. Barton, S.M., a ‘t Gisborne, who convicted Priestly of exposing liquor for sale on Sunday. His Honor reserved In's decision, stating he would have to read the evidence carefully.
