Toroa arrived from Napier early on Saturday morning with a general cargo. Tho steamer left for Dunedin direct at 8.30 a.m. yesterday. The U.S.S. Co.’s collier Ivaiapoi is expected to leave for Napier this afternoon. The U.S.S. Co.’s Haupiri was at Port Awanui on Saturday and works Tokomaru this morning. Tho vessel then leaves for Gisborne and proceeds to Napier and South. The Tyser steamer Star of Now Zealand completed local loading and left for Brisbane direct on Saturday night. The 'ketch Coronation left for Tolaga Bay and Auckland at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday. Tho U.S.S. Co.’s Wanaka is expected to-morrow from Bluff via Oamaru, Timaru and Napier. The U.S.S. Co.’s Squall left Auckland ut 6.50 yesterday morning for Gisborne via Tolaga Bay. The U.S.S. Co.’s Tarawera arrives from Napier and South on Wednesday morning and proceeds to Auckland. Tho last launch leaves at 10 a.m. Messrs. Huddart, Parker and Co.’s s.s. Victoria on Wednesday afternoon from Auckland and Sydney and proceeds to Napier and South. - The s.s. Ruru arrived from Napier via Whangawhei at 5 p.m. on Saturday. At the latter place 12 tons of cargo was discharged. The steamer returns to Napier this afternoon with the following cargoßo tons general, 20 tons coal, 1000 ft. timber and 1500 posts. Passengers: Mrs. Gaddum and three children, Mrs. Joyce, Miss Reynolds. TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. SATURDAY. Hobart: Arrived, 4 p.m., yesterday, Ruapehu, from London. Sailed, Kassa, for Timaru. Sydney: Arrived, 1.30 p.m., yesterday, Waikare, from Auckland. Tho s.s. Warrimo is detained in Newcastle owing to a gale. Her departure has been postponed till Monday. Sydney, May 4.—Arrived: Helen Denny, from Hokianga. Melbourne, May s.—Arrived: Wimmera. East Cape : Federal steamer passed south at 11.15 a.m. j s.s. Ivaikoura passed south at 11.20 a.m. Napier: Arrived, 5.50 a.m., Kotuku, from Gisborne. YESTERDAY. Auckland: Sailed, 6.50 a.m., Squall for Gisborne via Tolaga Bay. East Cape: Moura passed south at 8.20 a.m.
