THE above prizes will be awarded tinder the following conditions: — (1) Tlio first prize will bo awarded the person who first sends in the riiost popular name for POVERTY BAY, and the second prize to the next in order of popularity. (2) Suggested name and name of sender must be written on the Coupon form hereunder, and posted to or left at this Qffico not earlier than MONDAY, April 15th, and not later than SATURDAY, April 27th, instant. (3) Each Coupon will bo numbered in the order in which they are received, and if two or more containing the winning name should reach this Office at the same timo they will be treated as having been received simultaneously, and the prize will be divided equally between them unless the name has been previously sent in, or ono bears a postmark of prior date, in which case time of receipt will be reckoned from date of postmark.
