Messrs, lluddart, Parker and Co.’s Zenlnndia arrives from Auckland and Sydney Wednesday afternoon and proceeds South. Last launch. ■'s p.tn. Tho ketch Coronation (Captain Martin) which left Auckland for Gisborne on Wednesday morning, 10th instant, passed Capo Colville the same day and met a strong easterly gale, which turned round to N.K. and lasted for 8 days. The vessel was liovcd to under reefed sails near Mercury Bay for -13 hours. The wind continued E. to N.E. until East Cape was passed on Saturday at 10 p.m. Light N.E. winds were met with down the coast and the Bay was reached at 3 a.m. yesterday and the vessel berthed at the wharf at 10.15 n.m. Cargo: 5 tons wire, 1100 bricks, 25 tons coal, 1 ton salt, 1 ton powder, 1 ton soap, and a quantity of sawn timber.
A Press Association cablegram from London states that the report of the Shaw, Snvill and Albion Company shows the profits for last year were £22,574. The Company declares a dividend of 5 per centum, and carries forward £3009.
