Part 1. —Interpretation. Part II. —Penalties. Part 111. —Regulating proceedings at Meetings, etc. Part IV. —In respect of Streets generally. Part V. —General provisions for the good rule and government of thi' Borough. Part VI. —Prevention of Eire Regulations. Part Vll.—Buildings for Public Meetings. Part VIII. —Regulating erection of buildings and fixing brick area. Part IX. —Public Baths and Bathing. Part X. —Nuisances. Part XI. —Licensed carriages, carts, coaches, motor-cars, and drivers thereof. Part XII. — Hawkers and Pedlars and Public Weighing Machines. Pa rt Xlll.—Lodging-houses. Part XIV. —Sale of Milk and Rood. Part XV. —Sanitation, removal of nightsoil and rubbish, etc. Part XVI. —Miscellaneous, Hedges, Brothels, Bridges, Pounds etc. Part XVII.—In respect to Waterworks. Part XVlll.—Drainage and Sewerage, Plumbers, etc. Part XIX.—In respect to Porters. Part XX.—-Heavy traffic and Motor-cars. Passed at a Spec ini Meeting of the Council, held on the 12th day of March, 1907, and confirmed as a Special Order at a properly constituted meeting of the Council, held on the ninth day- of April, 1907. AVe hereby certify that the above By-law was made by way of Special Order in witness whereof the Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne has boon affixed hereto, pursuant to a resolution of the Council in our presence .
