ANOTHER SENSATION. Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, last night. In connection with the suspension of Mr D. C. Mclntyre as superintendent of awards at the Exhibition, a printed list entitled “General Judging Regulations'’ nas been discovered by the authorities, which contains some extraordinary provisions. Tlie general manager of the Exhibition, Mr. G. S. Minro, states that till-to-day ho had no.knowledge of tho existence of tlies printed regulations, and lie was unable to say

whether or not they had received Ministerial sanction. They bear only the printod signature, “D. C. McIntyre,” Superintendent of Judges and Awards. Seventeen regulations are comprised in this document of which tlio following are the most remarkable, by virtue of the powers which they confer upon the Superintendent of Awards. No. 13 states that an exhibitor may appeal ngaint any award made by the judge in his class, such appeal to he lodged with the Superintendent of Awards within 21 hours of the publication of the judge’s award, amt to be accompanied by a sum of £2, which shall bo returned if the appeal is successful.
