Co.’s Taluno (Captain Berneoh) arrives from Napier and South to-morrow afternoon, and proceeds to Auckland and makes one Island trip, being replaced on this coast by the Miimipoiiri, which arrives at Gisborne next Sunday aftoi-

noon. Messrs. Huddart, Parker and Co. s s.s. Victoria (Captain Waller) leaves Auckland this afternoon, arrives tomorrow afternoon, and proceeds to Napier and South. The N.Z. Shipping Company’s s.s. Waimate will be at Napier about the end of this month, loading for the Homo market. The Shaw, Snvill and Albion Co.’s s.s. Maori is not expected here until the end of the week, ns she did not arrive in Auckland until Satuidny. The s.s. Fanny (Captain Carlson) arrived from Napier at 7 a.m. yesterday, bringing a quantity of kegs of nails, ex Ktihu from Wellington ; about 600 posts. 60 cases of galvanised iron, and 30 tons of general cargo. The vessel is timed to return at 6 a.m. to-day. The s.s. Toroa (Captain Peterson) arrives from Oarnaru, via Timnru and Napier about Friday. The auxiliary schooner Waiapu (Captain Page) is ready to sail lor Te Araroa for timber, but is delayed by the weather. The TJ.S.S. Co.’s Hauroto arrives early this morning from Oarnaru, with produce and proceeds to Auckland, taking 1500 sheep. TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. YESTERDAY. Auckland: Arrived, 12.30 a.m., Wiminora, from Sydney. Passenger for Gisborne: Mr. Conan. East Cape: Large steamer, apparently New Zealand Shipping Company’s, passed south at 5.45 p.m. yesterday; Squall passed north at 4 p.m. yesterday. Napier: Arrived, 6 a.m., Waikare from Gisborne; sailed, 5.30 p.m., Hauroto, for Gisborne.
