NOTICE is heredy given that at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 12th day of March, 1907, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that tlie Borough Council make a By-la-w under “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” the object and purport of which By-laws are as follows : The By-law is divided into 20 parts, numbered from 1 to 20 inclusive, each of which part is divided into sections or subsections. Part I.—lnterpretation. Part 11.-—Penalties. Part lll.—Regulating procedings at Meetings, etc. Part IV. —In respect of Streets generally. Part V—General provisions for the good rule and government of the Borough. Part Vl.—Prevention of Fire Regulations. Part VII. —Buildings for Public Meetings. Part Vlll—Regulating erection of buildings and fixing brick area. Part IX.—Public Baths and Bathing. Part X.—Nuisances.
