NOTICE is hcrcdy given that at a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 12th day of March, 1907, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the Borough Council make a By-law tinder “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” the object and purport of which By-laws arc as follows : - The By-law is divided into 20 parts, numbered from 1 to 20 inclusive, each of which part is divided into sections or subsections.
