SHIPPING.

The scow Humbler left at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon for Auckland, via Tolaga Hav. The vessel takes two tons of Hitches to Tolaga. The scow Vn ikon ini is expected to leave for Auckland to-morrow afternoon, to return with timber. The Shaw. Savill and Albion Co.’s s.s. tonic arrived from Napier early yesterday morning. The steamer proceeds to Wellington, her final poit of departure, this evening. Local shipments: 10.000 carcases, 000 casks tallow, pelts and nOO hales wool. The Ii.S.S. Co.’s Te Anau left Lyttelton on Thursday with the cadets and is expected here this afternoon. The steamer returns to Wellington in the evening.
