NOTICE is liercdy given that at a Spoeia 1 Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 12th day of March, 1907, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the Borough Council make a By-law under “Tlio Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” the object and purport of which By-laws are as follows : The By-law is divided into 20 parts, numbered from 1 to 20 inclusive, each of wlijeji part is divided into sec lions or subsections, Part 1, —Interpretation, Part ll.—Penalties.
