SEDDON NATIONAL MEMORIAL. OWING to the impossibility oi securing a suitable site for a Technical University, it lias now been decided to erect a Public Monument hi Wellington to the memory of the late Right Hon. It. J. Seddon. The monument is intended to bo a National Memorial, and it is hoped that the inhabitants of Gisborne and its neighborhood will heartily support the movement.
