SEDDON NATIONAL MEMORIAL. OWING to the impossibility of securing a suitable site for a Technical University, it has _now been decided to erect a Public Monument in Wellington to the memory of the late Right Hon. It. J. Seddou. The monument is intended to bo a National Memorial, and it is hoped that the. inhabitants of Gisborne and its neighborhood will heartily support the movement. Subscriptions in any sums from one shilling upwards will be gladly received and duly acknowledged.
