Another splendid audience, notwithstanding the heavy downpour of rain that fell during the evening, greeted the second exhibition of Edison’s Pictures at the .Theatre last night. The fresh pictures shown were quite equal to those already seen, and tlie applause that greeted

each successive number made it clear that the appreciation of the onlookers was genuinely enthusiastic. The feature of the display is the perfect clearness of each and every picture, and the subjects are all good. To-night will ho tlie last opportunity of witnessing here this firstrate entertainment of its class.
