POLO TOURNAMENT,
Hie East Cast Polo Tournament was commenced yesterday at Mr. F. Hall s “Willows” paddock, Matawliero. It was a beautiful day, and there was a good attendance of spectators. The grouud played yell, and the conditions altogether were ingIn the match Gisborne v. Kaitaratalii ,Gisborne won by 9 to 3. The match Mangaheia 11. v.. Waiapu, proved a hard, closely-contested game, being won by the Mangaheia team by 6 tb 5. Mangaheia I. had an easy victory over Mangatu ,winning by 13 to 2,
