Horses entering for District Race to have been in the district and the bona fide property of residents for at least' three months previous to races. Protests to be lodged With the Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes of the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of £2. Such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained.
