Johnson, Longlands, Hennessy, and Witty (24) v. Zacliariah; McGlashan, Eure, and Crawford (15). Fordyce, Miller, and McGowan (21) v. Mackrell, Pavitt, and Hookey (15). Nicholas and Ambridge (21) v. E. Lewis and W. Pettio (17). Hennessy, Johnston, Witty and Longlaiul (13) v. R. Crawford, Williams, Crawford and McGlaslian (12). TURANGANUI CLUB. Tlie above club’s green has. been well patronised during the past week, some enjoyable games being played. The second round in the Handicap Pairs was commenced, the result of which was: Lucas and Hepburn (skip.), 19, v. Hird and Bennett (skip.), 17. This was a splendid game. Lucas and Hepburn secured the lead, and were 4 to 2 on the stli head. Their opponents, playing carefully, overtook them, and liad 11 to 7 on the 12th head, finishing 17 to 15 on the last head. Lucas and Hepburn, however, receiving a handicap of 4 points, thus won as above.
